We are careful to be in contact with our customers throughout the project and support process. We regularly organize information meetings. New ideas or requests are quickly assessed mutually and the resulting decisions are applied.
We are always in contact with our customers and at the same time provide mutual time saving. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
When managing the project timeline, we add all kinds of parameters to the account in order to diminish the time pressure possibly occurs due to unexpected situations. Our time parameters consist of project development status, project difficulty level, the time expectancy of the client, the human resources and other resources (software, capabilities, etc.) that we have.
After a detailed analysis, we start developing. We are constantly in contact with our customers throughout the development process. Thus, we keep our customers in the development process to prevent possible design failures.
Our tests consist of unit test, functional test, GUI test, system test, security test and user acceptance test, which vary according to the projects.
We continue to support our customers after deploying the project starting from babysitting period until we handover the system to our customers.
